The problem

Patients had no way to see availability, so reception spent most of the morning on the phone.

What I built

A booking flow that shows real open slots, confirms by email, and keeps a simple schedule view for the front desk. Built to full keyboard and screen-reader standards.

The result

Most bookings now arrive outside office hours, when patients actually have time.
